Project Description


This project is part of the ProPharm project which is a collaboration between SDU, DTU, LooPharma and Lundbeck. The aim of this project is to develop a PAT platform based on a multi-sensor system and use chemometrics to gain insight into the mechanisms involved in the crystallization of the selected API. The improved in-depth understanding of the process will enable the identification of the key operation parameters in the crystallization process and the establishment of the correlation between these key parameters and the critical product properties, such as the particles size and shape, polymorphism and/or hydrate.
